The BIG game is already sold-out and the trash-talk is well underway between the two teams of combatants from Clifton (Trent) and Beeston (Nottm). The season-long friends and team-mates will battle for supremacy on the ice for one night (Monday 21st Feb 2011) only, as the Uni try to keep their winning streak momentum going for the third year of straight wins. Trent still have the upper hand, as the history book records them having won the first four. Yet again, the Poly has the best team on paper, and Uni are without Merv 'Mervinator' Tasker between the pipes, so it's another tough one to call.

Both teams have one guest alumni, with Trent welcoming back the Finnish Flash - Valteri Wiitakorpi, whilst the Uni are more than happy to announce former Slovakian International - Alex Karsay, into their line-up.

All profits from this year's event go to PASIC (Parents Association for Seriously Ill Children). Last year's Series raised in excess of £14,000 for C-R-Y (Cardiac Risk in the Young).
